Sin embargo, hay una diferencia en las cantidades y el tipo de nutriente, que var\u00eda seg\u00fan su edad.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso debemos tener en cuenta que cuando el ni\u00f1o llegue a la edad escolar crecer\u00e1 r\u00e1pido, y ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s activo. Y tambi\u00e9n se incrementar\u00e1 su necesidad de energ\u00eda y de los nutrientes que la proporcionan. Porque los h\u00e1bitos alimenticios y el estilo de vida se establecen temprano en la vida, y adem\u00e1s es muy probable que los ni\u00f1os adopten los mismos patrones de alimentaci\u00f3n que sus padres (\u00a1toda la familia puede aprovechar para adoptar estilo de vida saludable!).<\/p>\n<h4><div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\"><strong>Es vital educar a los ni\u00f1os de forma que adquieran una capacidad cr\u00edtica para escoger una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable.<\/strong><\/div><\/div><\/h4>\n<p>Sobre los 5 a\u00f1os, los ni\u00f1os ya empiezan a decidir sobre lo que comen (\u00abme gusta\u00bb, \u00abno me gusta\u00bb). Por esta raz\u00f3n es importante que, desde mucho antes, hayan sido \u00abinstruidos\u00bb en una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y adecuada. Deben aceptar con normalidad la fruta, las verduras, las legumbres, el pescado, &#8230; As\u00ed se garantizar\u00e1 que su cuerpo recibe los nutrientes necesarios para estar sanos y crecer sin problemas.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2147 alignleft\" style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400;\" src=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/baby-stuff-12-845x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/baby-stuff-12-845x1024.jpg 845w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/baby-stuff-12-248x300.jpg 248w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/baby-stuff-12-768x930.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/baby-stuff-12.jpg 1585w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 274px) 100vw, 274px\" \/>Peso excesivo en ni\u00f1os y adolescentes<\/h2>\n<p>Queda muy lejos ya (o deber\u00eda quedar) el concepto beb\u00e9-gordito como ejemplo de criatura sana y \u00abfuerte\u00bb. Al margen de que su salud posiblemente no ser\u00e1 la \u00f3ptima, es que en muchos casos conduce a que lleguen a la edad escolar con sobrepeso, cuando no con obesidad.<\/p>\n<p>Y la obesidad, al margen de circunstancias gen\u00e9ticas, tambi\u00e9n puede ser la consecuencia de una nutrici\u00f3n inadecuada.<\/p>\n<p>Deber\u00edamos tambi\u00e9n tener en cuenta posible situaciones personal y sociales relacionadas con esa circunstancia: falta de confianza, estigma, discriminaci\u00f3n, desorden del sue\u00f1o, disminuci\u00f3n del tiempo dedicado a actividad f\u00edsica, menor socializaci\u00f3n, ausentismo.<\/p>\n<h4><div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La tasa de obesidad infantil de Espa\u00f1a\u00a0es una de las m\u00e1s altas de Europa<\/span><\/strong><\/div><\/div><\/h4>\n<p>Por estas razones, entre otras,\u00a0es de suma importancia incidir en la alimentaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os lo antes posible.\u00a0Y tambi\u00e9n podremos prevenir futuras patolog\u00edas como la obesidad, el sobrepeso, la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial o la diabetes mellitus tipo II.<\/p>\n<p>Para ayudar al ni\u00f1o a mantener un peso saludable hay que animarlo a comer sano y variado, y procurar que cada d\u00eda tenga actividad f\u00edsica (m\u00ednimo una hora).
