ejecutar todos los movimientos que deben realizarse.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que es la base de esta disciplina.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Contro<\/strong>l, que es b\u00e1sico para no realizar ejercicios descoordinados o bruscos que puedan causar un da\u00f1o f\u00edsico.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Fluidez de movimiento<\/strong>, indispensable para que los ejercicios se lleven a cabo de la manera id\u00f3nea y a la velocidad correcta.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Centralizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que establece que el centro del cuerpo es el conjunto de m\u00fasculos abdominales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Los movimientos que impulsa el <strong>Pilates<\/strong> deben realizarse a conciencia para que puedan coordinarse con la <strong>respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span> A trav\u00e9s de este
