Esa afirmaci\u00f3n de que la fruta de postre engorda, no es m\u00e1s que un falso mito. Lleva desde hace mucho tiempo rondando las cabezas de mucha gente, pero no tiene ning\u00fan fundamento.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2731\" title=\"Fruta de postre, no engorda\" src=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fruta-de.-postre_03.jpg\" alt=\"Fruta de postre, no engorda\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fruta-de.-postre_03.jpg 600w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/fruta-de.-postre_03-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/>Lo cierto, es que la fruta tiene las mismas calor\u00edas, tanto si la incluyes de postre en la comida, como si la tomas antes de comer, para merendar o de postre de la cena. \u00a1Sus calor\u00edas no dependen de la hora! Lo \u00fanico que s\u00ed hay que tener en cuenta es <strong>el total de alimentos que consumes a lo largo del d\u00eda<\/strong> si tu \u00fanico objetivo es la p\u00e9rdida de peso.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, y a pesar de los bulos, no hace falta tener en cuenta en qu\u00e9 momento comes fruta. No es que no sea mala, sino que su consumo es beneficioso.<\/p>\n<p>Os damos algunas razones por las que consumir frutas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alto contenido en agua y fibra<\/strong>, que aporta saciedad y evita el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Poder antioxidante<\/strong> debido al gran n\u00famero de vitaminas que poseen, por lo que va a <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>prevenir el envejecimiento prematuro de c\u00e9lulas<\/strong><\/span> (hecho muy importante en el tema deportivo).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Son dulces, sabrosas, tienen pocas calor\u00edas y pr\u00e1cticamente nada de grasas<\/strong>.
