M-20053<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Este oto\u00f1o comenzamos con Mindfulness en <a href=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/index.php\/nuestros-servicios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iPhysio<\/a>. Entendemos que la salud y el bienestar tambi\u00e9n tienen que ver con el equilibrio f\u00edsico y psicol\u00f3gico, ambos como conjunto. Por eso programamos tambi\u00e9n actividades, como esta, que puedan contribuir a lograrlo.<\/p>\n<p>El <em><strong>Mindfulness<\/strong> <\/em>o <strong>Atenci\u00f3n Plena<\/strong> es una forma especial de prestar atenci\u00f3n a las experiencias que ocurren en el momento presente, con plena consciencia y sin hacer juicios. Pretende que la persona lo viva de un modo activo, procurando no interferir ni valorar lo que siente o percibe en ese momento, y de forma que desarrolle el autoconocimiento.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3055 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/mindfulness-meditacion-814x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"405\" height=\"509\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/mindfulness-meditacion-814x1024.jpg 814w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/mindfulness-meditacion-239x300.jpg 239w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/mindfulness-meditacion-768x966.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/mindfulness-meditacion.jpg 954w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 405px) 100vw, 405px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Durante los \u00faltimos 30 a\u00f1os, la pr\u00e1ctica de Mindfulness o Atenci\u00f3n Plena se ha integrado en la Medicina y Psicolog\u00eda de Occidente. <strong>Es aplicada, estudiada cient\u00edficamente<\/strong> y por ello reconocida como una manera efectiva de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>reducir el estr\u00e9s<\/strong> y\u00a0los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos y psicol\u00f3gicos asociados a \u00e9l<\/li>\n<li>aumentar la <strong>autoconciencia<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>mejorar el <strong>bienestar general<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Porque <em>Mindfulness<\/em> tiene que ver con no \u201cconfundir\u201d nuestros pensamientos con la realidad. Es no quedarnos atrapados en esas\u00a0tormentas emocionales<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00b9<\/span>\u00a0que generan dolor y sufrimiento, a nosotros y a quienes nos rodean.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que el <em>Mindfulness<\/em> quiere decir es: \u201c<strong>intenta ser feliz en el ahora, vive aut\u00e9nticamente en el momento presente<\/strong>\u201d.
