Su \u00absombrero\u00bb es de color marr\u00f3n tostado, con un interior blanco y limpio.<\/p>\n<p>Se considera un champi\u00f1\u00f3n ex\u00f3tico y es ideal para hacer a la parrilla o por ejemplo laminado y en ensalada. Por supuesto se puede guisar, hacer a la plancha, incluirlo en una salsa, &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de ser bajo en calor\u00edas y con efecto saciante, el champi\u00f1\u00f3n portobello\u00a0es fuente de amino\u00e1cidos esenciales, minerales (f\u00f3sforo, cobre, zinc, hierro o potasio), carbohidratos y fibra.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed os dejamos dos recetas f\u00e1ciles de hacer, deliciosas de verde, 1 pimiento rojo, 2 tomates, 1 calabac\u00edn, aceite de oliva, pan de centeno, especias al gusto (en esta receta, hemos usado sal, pimienta negra, ajo en polvo, or\u00e9gano y nuez
