A\u00f1adimos unas hojas de can\u00f3nigos y espolvoreamos con las almendras picadas, para conseguir un toque especial. Sobre ella, colocamos una nueva capa de berenjena, la cubrimos como la anterior y tapamos de nuevo con berenjena. Sugerimos no a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s capas, aunque puede hacerse con una m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Horneamos a 180\u00ba durante unos 20 minutos y servimos acompa\u00f1ada de ensalada.
