PRECAUCIONES."},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7953\" src=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia.png\" alt=\"caerse lesiones y precauciones\" width=\"352\" height=\"352\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia.png 540w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 352px) 100vw, 352px\" \/>Caerse: lesiones, riesgos y precauciones.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Muchas <strong>ca\u00eddas<\/strong> no provocan lesiones, y no afectan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del amor propio, pero <strong>en ocasiones<\/strong>, m\u00e1s de las que parece, las consecuencias pueden llegar en forma de <strong>lesi\u00f3n leve o<\/strong> incluso <strong>grave<\/strong>, sobre todo en personas <strong>mayores<\/strong>: en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsevier.es\/es-revista-revista-espanola-geriatria-gerontologia-124-articulo-caidas-poblacion-anciana-espanola-incidencia-S0211139X15000931\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Espa\u00f1a<\/a>, m\u00e1s de la mitad de los mayores manifiesta miedo a caerse, y casi el 20% ha sufrido al menos una (las m\u00e1s afectadas son las mujeres).<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan c\u00f3mo se produzca la ca\u00edda, y el gesto que se haya hecho para tratar de evitarla o al menos amortiguarla, hablar\u00edamos ya de <strong>contusiones<\/strong> severas, de <strong>fracturas<\/strong> de huesos (mu\u00f1eca, brazo, tobillo, cadera) y de posibles <strong>lesiones en la cabeza<\/strong>. Pensemos que en general se cae de costado o de espaldas, y que se suelen poner <strong>las manos por delante<\/strong>, as\u00ed que estar\u00edamos ante <strong>m\u00e1s de una posible lesi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Factores de riesgo<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7963\" src=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia-02.png\" alt=\"caerse lesiones y precauciones\" width=\"262\" height=\"437\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia-02.png 300w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia-02-180x300.png 180w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 262px) 100vw, 262px\" \/>Aparte de una p\u00e9rdida accidental del equilibrio (por ejemplo, tropezar o resbalar por algo que no est\u00e1 bajo nuestro control), pueden concurrir una serie de <strong>factores de riesgo<\/strong> que se deben <strong>vigilar<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>musculatura d\u00e9bil<\/strong> en las piernas,<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>dificultad<\/strong> previa para <strong>caminar<\/strong>,<br \/>\n&#8211; p\u00e9rdida de <strong>masa \u00f3sea<\/strong> (osteoporosis),<br \/>\n&#8211; ciertos <strong>medicamentos<\/strong> que podr\u00edan afectar a la estabilidad o producir mareos,<br \/>\n&#8211; problemas de <strong>visi\u00f3n<\/strong>,<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>calzado<\/strong> inapropiado o, por supuesto,<br \/>\n&#8211; moverse en un <strong>entorno \u201caccidentado\u201d<\/strong> (que s\u00ed est\u00e1 bajo nuestro control) que facilite tropezar (alfombras, escalones, trastos en el suelo, muebles bajos, \u2026) o resbalarse (tipo de material, encerados, l\u00edquidos o restos org\u00e1nicos, &#8230;).<\/p>\n<h6><div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">&#8230; <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>en general se cae de costado o de espaldas, y se suelen poner <strong>las manos por delante<\/strong>, as\u00ed que estar\u00edamos ante <strong>m\u00e1s de una posible lesi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/h6>\n<h2>Precauciones<\/h2>\n<p>Evitar una ca\u00edda al 100% es complicado, lo sabemos, y habr\u00eda que estar alerta de forma permanente. Pero s\u00ed hay algunas <strong>medidas de precauci\u00f3n<\/strong> que pueden tomarse para minimizar riesgos como:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7969 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia-03.png\" alt=\"caerse lesiones y precauciones\" width=\"300\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia-03.png 300w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Lesiones-por-caidas-fisioterapia-03-180x300.png 180w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>eliminar<\/strong> todo aquello con lo que se podr\u00eda <strong>tropezar<\/strong>,<br \/>\n&#8211; no utilizar un <strong>calzado<\/strong> que facilite la torcedura del tobillo y la p\u00e9rdida del equilibrio,<br \/>\n&#8211; instalar <strong>barras de apoyo en las duchas<\/strong> por posibles resbalones (dir\u00edamos que esto es prioritario),<br \/>\n&#8211; caminar cerca de las <strong>barandillas<\/strong> (incluso utilizarlas) en las escaleras,<br \/>\n&#8211; tener una <strong>buena iluminaci\u00f3n<\/strong>,<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>&#8211; fortalecer las piernas,<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>&#8211; mejorar el equilibrio, \u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2297<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Estas medidas son realmente <strong>importantes<\/strong> en el caso de las <strong>personas mayores<\/strong>, ya que por sus especiales circunstancias a veces pueden ser reacias a moverse o salir por miedo a caerse, y este factor solo contribuye a un deterioro de su forma f\u00edsica y a un <strong>aumento<\/strong>, precisamente, <strong>del riesgo<\/strong> de ca\u00edda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/index.php\/contacto\/\"><strong>Tu fisioterapeuta puede ayudarte<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>valorando<\/strong> por ejemplo <strong>la fortaleza y resistencia de tus m\u00fasculos y tu<\/strong> <strong>propiocepci\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>y d\u00e1ndote<\/strong> las <strong>pautas y tratamientos<\/strong> necesarios para mejorarlas, si es necesario.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Acude SIEMPRE a un fisioterapeuta COLEGIADO.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#dfdfdf;border-radius:2px;-moz-border-radius:2px;-webkit-border-radius:2px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#f9f9f9;border-color:#ffffff;color:#3c3c3c;border-radius:2px;-moz-border-radius:2px;-webkit-border-radius:2px;\">ESTAMOS AQU\u00cd PARA CUIDARTE \u00a1D\u00c9JATE CUIDAR!<\/strong><strong><\/div><\/div><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Caerse: lesiones, riesgos y precauciones.\u00a0 Muchas ca\u00eddas no provocan lesiones, y no afectan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del amor propio, pero en ocasiones, m\u00e1s de las que parece, las consecuencias pueden llegar en forma de lesi\u00f3n leve o incluso grave, sobre todo en personas mayores: en Espa\u00f1a, m\u00e1s de la mitad de los mayores manifiesta miedo a caerse, y casi el 20% ha sufrido al menos una (las m\u00e1s afectadas son las mujeres).
