Llevar la cabeza erguida puede ser o no un signo de altivez (dicen), pero es con seguridad un signo importante de salud.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>postura<\/strong> es la forma en que se ensamblan las distintas partes del cuerpo, y tiene una importancia vital: <strong>el cuerpo debe estar correctamente alineado<\/strong>, sobre todo de pie.<\/p>\n<p>La posici\u00f3n adecuada es la que minimiza la tensi\u00f3n de los tejidos y encaja correctamente cada parte del cuerpo. Seg\u00fan un reciente estudio, m\u00e1s de un 60% de la poblaci\u00f3n muestra una<strong> alteraci\u00f3n de la postura por<\/strong> <strong>llevar la cabeza hacia delante<\/strong>, mal alineada.\u00a0 \u00bfConsecuencias?: dolor de cuello, cefalea, migra\u00f1a, dolor miofascial o de la articulaci\u00f3n temporomandibular (ATM), de hombro, m\u00e1s estr\u00e9s en la columna cervical, sobrecarga muscular, espalda encorvada, \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque <strong>forzamos una hiperextensi\u00f3n del cuello<\/strong>, modificando la funcionalidad de la cabeza y de los hombros, y la forma natural de activarse la musculatura.
