Todo plato saludable debe llevar una porci\u00f3n de vegetales, otra porci\u00f3n de granos integrales y una porci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna. Siempre regado con una buena grasa vegetal, como en nuestro caso debe ser el Aceite de Oliva virgen extra, una porci\u00f3n de Fruta y un buen vaso de Agua.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Consume los cereales en su versi\u00f3n integral<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Limita el consumo de cereales refinados y escoge siempre su versi\u00f3n en integral para fomentar el consumo de fibra. Ahora en los supermercados tenemos infinidad de pasta, arroz, cusc\u00fas, panes de diversos cereales&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Consume prote\u00ednas de calidad<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2518\" src=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/sandia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/sandia.jpg 601w, https:\/\/iphysio.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/sandia-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Intenta que todas las comidas del d\u00eda lleven una porci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna (carne, pescado, huevo o vegetales como la soja, el tofu o el tempeh); te ayudar\u00e1 a sentirte m\u00e1s saciado.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>5 raciones de fruta y verdura<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">En este \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o contamos con numerosas frutas y verduras de temporada con cantidad de nutrientes y agua, \u00a1\u00a1aprov\u00e9chalo!! \u00a1\u00a1Consume sand\u00eda, mel\u00f3n, tomate, calabac\u00edn!!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>No elimines las grasas<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Siempre cuando se piensa en dieta, se tiende a reducir al m\u00e1ximo la grasa. Pero aunque esta tenga un alto poder cal\u00f3rico, tambi\u00e9n tiene un alto poder saciante. Eso s\u00ed, consume siempre grasa de calidad, como la proveniente del aguacate, los frutos secos o de pescados como el salm\u00f3n. Todos tienen una alta cantidad de omega 3 con poder antiinflamatorio.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Bebe 2 litros de Agua<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">El consumo de agua es de vital importancia sobre todo en este tiempo donde la temperatura es alta. Acostumbrate a llevar siempre una botellita peque\u00f1a de agua y bebe peque\u00f1os sorbos a lo largo del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Escoge siempre productos naturales<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Debido al ritmo de vida que llevamos, la sociedad consume cada vez m\u00e1s productos procesados, los cuales llevan numerosos conservantes y colorantes, adem\u00e1s de grasas saturadas, sal y otros aditivos que son perjudiciales.
