Aprende a respirar para aprender a moverte; aprende a conocer c\u00f3mo se mueve tu cuerpo cuando respira\u00a0 para moverlo bien y de manera uniforme.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>CONCENTRACI\u00d3N.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0La trabajamos mucho en el m\u00e9todo, porque la concentraci\u00f3n se entrena y es fundamental en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Si se emplea adecuadamente, las extremidades podr\u00e1n moverse de manera m\u00e1s coordinada y conectada.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>CONTROL.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Principio por el cual seremos m\u00e1s conscientes de los movimientos realizados. Perfeccionar el control es fundamental para mejorar dentro del m\u00e9todo, y adem\u00e1s nos ayudar\u00e1 a conocer mejor nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>PRECISI\u00d3N.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0A medida que avanzamos en el m\u00e9todo, vamos ganando en precisi\u00f3n.
