S\u00ed, es cierto que haber tenido el h\u00e1bito del ejercicio te ha ayudado a llegar hasta aqu\u00ed en mucha mejor forma, pero si no ha sido el caso, hoy es un buen momento para empezar a cuidarte y a mejorar tu aptitud f\u00edsica.
